I HAVE A BISHON FRISE I DOG SIT IN MY HOME EVERY NOW AND THEN. ITS MY MOTHER-IN-LAWS SHES 83 AND SHE USES THE PADS? AT HER PLACE AND WE DO BRING THE PADS HERE WHEN I DOG SIT HIM BUT HE DONT USE THEM HE GOES ON MY CARPET AND THE DOG IS 4 MONTHES OLD AND DOESNT GO OUTSIDE MOTHER IN LAW DONT WANT THAT CAUSE SHE CANT GET OUT TO TAKE HIM TO DO HIS BUSINESS OUTSIDE THATS WHY SHE HAS THE PADS. PLEASE HELP ME ON WHAT TO DO. THANK YOU
